Kameel has a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Ik Mbagwu, holds a combined honors degree (second class upper) in Economics & Geography as well as a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Reading University, Berkshire. He has also attended executive management programs at several ivy league institutions including the Harvard Business School , Oxford University and Northwestern University(Kellogg school of Management) and the Lagos Business School (Pan African University).

He is fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA) an Associate of the chartered institute of Taxation and Honorary senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (HCIB).

He is a certified (IFC/FITC) Board leadership and Corporate Governance trainer

He started his career as a Tax Senior in Arthur Andersen & Co before retiring from Fidelity Bank as an executive director, following the attainment of the policy prescribed age of retirement in December 2015.

Ik is currently Managing Director/Chief Executive of Cumbrian Consult Limited, a privately owned Management Consulting firm based in Lagos and sites on the board of several blue chip companies

Director:

Prince Azubuike is co-founder and CFO at QPayCentre, a fintech start-up which facilitates credit through cooperative enterprises. Prior to venturing out, he spent the most part of his career in the telecoms sector starting out with MTN in 2003 and at different times for the following 13 years held the positions of Head, Financial Planning and Budgeting; Director, Operational Support; and Financial Controller and Ag. CFO at Etisalat and ntel respectively.  He took a one-year career break between 2014 and 2015 to spend time with his family in the UK during which period he consulted for cooperatives and other small businesses on a diverse range of finance and business situations.  He also had a stint in the Oil and Gas sector with Chevron in the very early years of his career.

Prince is a Finance and Accounting graduate from the Yaba College of Technology and holds an MBA from the Manchester Business School.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.  He has attended several technical and leadership courses including the Pathways Leadership Course at the Cranfield School of Management, UK.

Yinka is a thoroughbred, with over 15 years blended experience delivering and leading various strategic, marketing, events and communications operations in highly competitive terrain both in the private and public sectors. Her capabilities include developing, managing with a proven ability to develop measurable and effective projects and programs as well as achieving impactful and positive outcomes. She is a proven “people-people” and shares great values, with an excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and team working skills, creative and intellectually curious and can demonstrate commitment to the above with experience. She is a self-starter who likes to take initiative and run with ideas, has an excellent strategic and analytical skills, strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Yinka holds a graduate degree in English Language and has attended a wide range of certificated training courses and programs both in Nigeria and abroad.

She is widely travelled, internationally exposed and shaped by diverse cultures. She enjoys reading, watching sports and dancing.

A self-motivated, results driven and time conscious person, with over 15 years varied work experience in Corporate Treasury Management, Tax Management, Risk Management and Financial Reporting. Kingsley understands the relevance of time to financial information and have developed requisite skill sets to provide financial data to assist in key business decisions. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, Treasury and Corporate Finance. Within the last 15 years has developed and maintained successful working relationship with internal and external clients. He is a team player, and would contribute to the growth of the organization.

Kingsley has a first degree in Accounting, and MBA. He is chartered in Accounting, Taxation, and Securities & Investment.

His hobbies include watching football, reading, and swimming, playing squash, travelling and meeting people.
